Nationals Edge Boston In Season-Opener

Washington boxman Milt Gaston went the full nine on his team's way to a 2-1 win over the visiting Boston Red Sox at Griffith Stadium.  President Calvin Coolidge was on hand to toss out the opening pitch while the band struck up a tune.
